He had supernatural help. The same help that is available to us. But we play a role by asking and allowing the Holy Spirit to rule. Thanks. We need reminding all the time, how good our God is.
Excellent! Someone may ask, “Why doesn’t Paul tell us the secret?” As you say he learned the secret through discipleship while being in prison and many other hardships. It’s something he can’t explain we must experience it ourselves. We must daily be with the Lord who gives us that peace and joy. BTW, I was one of those in my younger days who had Philippines 4:13 down as my favorite but used it out of context.
